At Mr. Tod’s Pies, we take pride in delivering handcrafted pies and desserts made with the highest quality ingredients. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your shipment arrives with visible damage or contains incorrect items, please email us at orders@mrtods.com with the following:

A brief description of the issue
We will work with you promptly to resolve the problem with a replacement or refund if necessary.
Late or Missing Packages
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information. Mr. Tod’s Pies is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
Cancellations
Because our products are perishable and baked fresh, all orders are final once confirmed. Cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
